What We Collect

For license activation and anti-abuse protection, Markmira processes limited device-related identifiers and generates a device fingerprint.

We may also process purchase-related information needed to validate a license, such as transaction references, license status, and device activation counts.

When Markmira performs periodic license validation, we may also process connection-related metadata such as IP address, timestamps, and validation results.

Why We Collect It

We use this information to activate licenses, prevent unauthorized over-activation, enforce license limits, perform occasional license validation, and provide support for activation issues.

We do not use device fingerprint information for advertising or behavioral marketing.

Offline Product Scope

Markmira Local Pro is a local-first product. Your local markdown files, images, and workspace content are intended to remain on your device, except where you explicitly export or sync them using your own tools.
