License Grant

Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, Markmira grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the local-first desktop edition of the software.

Activation and Validation

The software requires online activation and may perform occasional license status checks after activation. These checks help validate the license, enforce activation limits, and prevent abuse of the licensing system.

If a validation check fails, Markmira may request that you reconnect to the internet, re-enter your license information, or contact support before continued use of licensed features.

Restrictions

You may not resell the activation code, share the license with unauthorized users, reverse engineer the licensing system, or attempt to bypass activation controls.
